I thank the gentleman for his words, and I thank him also for his service to this body for almost two decades. We wish him well as he goes forward. One thing we are all sure about is that his heart remains in Baltimore. Mr. Speaker, I yield to another gentleman from the State of Maryland (Mr. Harris), who is also a senior member of the Appropriations Committee and a Member whose entire district is the Eastern Shore of Maryland, the entire coastline. He has always worked diligently on behalf of issues affecting the bay.
