I strongly support, as you probably are surprised to hear, Congressman Rush's proposal.

Should they be signed into law, it is troubling that agency witnesses were not considered.

It is unthinkable, that the Food and Drug Administration was not invited to testify at this hearing.

Bipartisanship is asking for my input, not just my vote.
