it seems to me, to claim, as we are hearing from a lot of the Members on the other side, that they absolutely want to protect people against discrimination based on preexisting conditions, on the one hand, but to defend these short-term limited duration plans on the other hand, because those plans actually put people in that position of being able to be denied, based on that situation.
