I am extremely distressed at this continued run that the administration is taking at the funding for the Chesapeake Bay.

The position being taken by some... is being driven more by campaign donors, by the fossil fuel industry.

The Federal Government should be making decisions about climate change based on facts and not based on the influence of campaign donors.
