I say briefly, I hope in any effort to expand it we can address the concern that has been expressed about fees, including by HUD itself, because, although this is a very good program and it is very important to seniors, in the course of this program being utilized we don't want to start drifting down the path of predatory lending--I guess I would call it reverse predatory lending. That is why I believe we need to include that kind of analysis in any expansion of the program. The PRESIDING OFFICER. All time has expired. The point of order is sustained and the amendment falls.
