The power does rest with the people, and we are going to show--that is what our mission should be--everybody in this room, everybody that is listening to our voice, everybody that is watching television, everybody in this city and in this borough--that the people ultimately have the power and we will show that power by making sure that everyone is counted even though they are trying to stack the decks against us.
