Mr. Speaker, I thank Mr. Lieu for all of his excellent work and leadership both in the Judiciary Committee and the Foreign Affairs Committee. Mr. Speaker, I yield to the gentleman from Illinois (Mr. Schneider), another distinguished colleague on the House Judiciary Committee, who is also a member of my class, of sorts. He has been in Congress several different times and he makes a great contribution for his people whenever he is here.
