Mr. Speaker, the Supreme Court has already rejected at least two of the actions that Donald Trump has taken since he got in. One was firing the executive director of the Office of Special Counsel. He was reinstated. The other was reinstating a $2.1 billion aid grant that was essentially impounded and diverted by the administration.
