The text of the amendment is as follows: At the end of division C (before the short title), insert the following: Sec. __. None of the funds made available by this Act may be used to implement Order Number 3946-2017 of the Attorney General allowing Department of Justice components and agencies to forfeit assets seized by State or local law enforcement agencies.
