I was pleased to hear the sponsor say that he wanted to see the program continue. One of the things I was interested in is that there have been defense contractors, like Halliburton, which have done things that were illegal; and I was just wondering whether the gentleman will take the same stand with regard to defense contractors who might have violated the law?
