I was very pleased and very moved by the statement of the gentleman from Kansas (Mr. Moran), and it reminds me that this country, our influence in the world is largely based on our moral authority, and that moral authority is one that says that we will leave no American behind. That's basically what you're saying. It's about the business of all of us lifting each other and being there and underlining under that United States, united.
