The reason why I wanted to point that chart out is because something interesting is happening here, and we are seeing it in all of our States. The tuition, for example, in Morgan State University in my district, I sit on the Board of Regents, has gone up some 25, 30 percent. The average family at Morgan State has an income around about $50,000, $55,000. So about how much would they be getting based upon that chart in tax cuts?
