The reason why I wanted to point that chart out is because something interesting is happening here, and we are seeing it in all of our States. The tuition, for example, in Morgan State University in my district, I sit on the Board of Regents, has gone up some 25, 30 percent. The average family at Morgan State has an income around about $50,000, $55,000. So about how much would they be getting based upon that chart in tax cuts?

if we had a House and if we had a Senate that would pass legislation and we had a President that would sign it, this problem which is the subject of this hearing today could be fixed.
It is only recently in the last 50 years or so that many of these laws have changed.
