There are certain things that happen that we see in government that need correcting, and this is one of those things. The fact that we have now put a spotlight on it and, through a bipartisan effort, have put together legislation that should pass this House unanimously, it just shows what can be done. So it is a great piece of legislation. It is a very practical piece of legislation, and it is one that is needed.
