I take the time tonight because I believe that all Americans regardless of race, ethnicity and socio-economic status deserve livable communities. All must share equitably in this great American dream. In Baltimore, people work hard. They do not ask for a lot, but they deserve to have communities that are safe and healthy, communities where children can obtain quality educations.
