let me just say this: we in the Congressional Black Caucus stand very strongly behind this effort to bring peace to this land of Haiti, and we will continue to stand, and we do appreciate the meeting that we did have with the President today. But in echoing the words of the gentlewoman from California (Ms. Lee), we want the President to act. Words are nice, but now he must act.
