Reclaiming my time, when we checked with VA within the last 2 hours, they said that the average is about 188 days. But be that as it may, I go back to what the ranking member said--we really ought to get this into conference. If there are issues that the gentleman is concerned about, perhaps they could be worked out at that time. But we've got servicemembers who are being abused right now. I know that, as chairman of Veterans', I know the gentleman wants to make sure that he protects our veterans. So with that, I yield back the balance of my time.
