However, I feel it is important to reach consensus and move this issue forward now. Our country continues to be cyber attacked. We are under attack as I speak. To do nothing is not an option. I want to thank again the leadership of Chairman Nunes and Ranking Member Schiff for their leadership and for the entire committee coming together for this bill, and I ask my colleagues to support it.
