I actually think that Joe Manchin completely misread the history of the filibuster.

This is coming from Congress. This is the people's house, you know, saying that they believe that there has been some criminal behavior.

I think that, tonight, Joe Biden really spoke to our hearts as people, to our humanity, and to us as Americans to celebrate those lives lost.
