I think it was quite a monumental task to get it through the House and negotiate it. And I also think there are a number of provisions that are in the House version that have already been kind of pre negotiated with the Senate.

If you don’t think like that, and you think you have all the time in the world, we’re done.

I'm not confident in any of that. And especially in the polling, I mean, we've seen that it's been problematic in the past.
