I actually think that Joe Manchin completely misread the history of the filibuster.

the Majority apparently seems to have some trouble grasping and that is what Attorneys General... are looking into is whether energy companies like ExxonMobil have crossed the line into criminal behavior

I'm not confident in any of that. And especially in the polling, I mean, we've seen that it's been problematic in the past.

I think Congress has an obligation to fix that.
