I am gratified that the EPA has introduced this rule and is preparing to finalize it because I think it's going to be a great economic benefit for our state, for this Nation, and frankly, for our future.
So it makes sense to continuously look for new ways in which we can improve our ability to carry out Earth observations and maximize our Earth Science investments.
