I think it was quite a monumental task to get it through the House and negotiate it. And I also think there are a number of provisions that are in the House version that have already been kind of pre negotiated with the Senate.

I am still frightened for the fragility of our democracy, because the reason that it held -- and we found this out -- was because of people’s goodwill.

I think Congress has an obligation to fix that.

And I think that the President today, as he has been, was very resolute about the decision to leave.
