No, not at all and the United States did not sign on to that document that you just mentioned, that was signed by many, many of our allies and major countries around the world.
Well, the United States should make very clear that it's unacceptable to use U.S. weapons to target or indiscriminately fire on civilians and civilian infrastructure.
What would we have said if Iran or any other country had flown bombers over our country and struck our facilities? We would rightly call it what it was: an act of war.
