I think that while China has not provided any direct military support in the form of weapons, we have seen, according to American assessments, a large surge of Chinese sales to Russia of machine tools, microelectronics, and other technology that Moscow is using to produce missiles, tanks, aircraft, and other weaponry for use in the war against Ukraine.
