We must not forget that a federal judge has already made clear what we have long known: the Trump Administration’s Department of Justice is engaged in a vindictive prosecution against Kilmar.

This should chill every American to the bone. When the rights of one are threatened, the rights of all are at risk.

Repealing the Rule would increase costs and lead to worse execution for individuals trading smaller amounts of shares, while leading larger market participants to receive better pricing and execution.

That’s why I put forward comprehensive legislation to actually address this issue: the Power for the People Act.
