Absolutely true, on a bipartisan basis, we understand we're going to make sure we support the veterans and we're going to make sure they get the cost-of-living increase. And the reality is, you mentioned the defense budget. That's 50 percent of the discretionary budget right there. {time} 1810 Are we going to make sure that we provide increases to make sure that we can maintain the same national defense?
