I've introduced legislation called The Disclosure of Tax Havens and Offshoring Act, to require the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to mandate that large corporations disclose basic tax and financial information on a country by country basis.
Van Hollen advocated for transparency in corporate tax disclosures to combat tax havens.
