Thank you, Mr. Chairman. I'm tempted to reserve my time and yield it back to the other---- Announcement by the Acting Chair The Acting CHAIR. The Chair notes a disturbance in the gallery which is in contravention of the laws and rules of the House. The Sergeant- at-Arms will remove those persons responsible for the disturbance and restore order to the gallery. The Chair makes this announcement for purposes of possible prosecution. The gentleman from Maryland may proceed.
