Far too many Americans are facing skyrocketing electricity bills, due in large part to the recent explosion of data centers across our country.

While today’s hearing did not proceed, the Trump Administration continues to desperately try and ship Kilmar Ábrego Garcia to a faraway country and deny him of his constitutional due process rights.

We must not forget that a federal judge has already made clear what we have long known: the Trump Administration’s Department of Justice is engaged in a vindictive prosecution against Kilmar.

Americans deserve real solutions.
