I don't think that the President is going to mull over this decision for very long. He is going to veto this because the President doesn't want to deny 22 million Americans access to affordable care, which is exactly what the nonpartisan Congressional Budget Office tells us is what this will do, and he doesn't want to deny access to health care to millions of women and families. Mr. Speaker, I yield 2 minutes to the gentleman from New Jersey (Mr. Pallone), the distinguished ranking member on the Energy and Commerce Committee.
