I would like to join my colleagues in welcoming all of you.

In my view, that is premature until we have exhausted the other alternatives, and one of those other alternatives is secondary sanctions.

I look forward to working with you on that, and I thank all of you for your testimony.

I hope we will all adhere to the advice from our colleague, which is this be done based on the science and not the politics.
