The last point I would make is that it's very possible the Senate will not take up the piece of legislation that the House passed yesterday because many of them may not want to punish Federal employees. At the same time, this provision that we're offering, being a clean up-or-down vote, the Senate would have to make a judgment as to whether or not to vote up or down on the question of congressional pay. So I hope all of our colleagues will vote to defeat the previous question so we can send this important message and make this statement.
