OMB Director Mulvaney and I do not agree on everything, but we actually had a bipartisan amendment in the House of Representatives, which passed at least 1 year, to end the abuse of OCO because all of us I think should agree that, at least from an accounting perspective, we should be honest and transparent with the American people.
