“Just for all Members listening, the last gentleman was talking about the differences between the two versions of the Republican budget. I want to point out that the President of the United States funds our defense budget in the straightforward way and in the way that the Joint Chiefs of Staff have asked for, funding the base budget as it should be and funding the OCO budget as it should be.
