With respect to the current status of H.J. Res. 59, the clean CR, if this body were to take it up and pass that bill, would that bill go back to the Senate or would that bill now go directly to the President? The SPEAKER pro tempore. That measure is not currently pending, so the gentleman's inquiry is not appropriate at this time.
