“I have interest in a company that does business with a financial institution that one way or another might be impacted by this legislation, so I have decided to vote present on H.R. 2622, the Fair & Accurate Credit Transactions Act and the accompanying amendments on September 10, 2003. This includes all roll call votes starting at #495 until the end of the consideration of this measure.
