I can tell you that they want us at the national level to do everything we can to reduce the number of homeless, particularly those who are homeless because of a circumstance such as domestic violence or the fact that they have come back from serving our Nation in war and cannot make the transition back; they need help in order to do that.
Cardin highlights the need for national efforts to assist homeless individuals.
