“Through the Chair, two of my favorite members of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee who have been critically important to us having this debate on foreign policy--Senator Kaine and Senator Corker--they are two Members I deeply respect. Let me just make this observation. I think Senator Corker is absolutely correct. The other point I want to underscore--and I agree with Senator Corker and Senator Kaine--is that many Members of the Senate, in a relatively short period of time, made a decision.
