I ask unanimous consent that when the Senate completes its business today, it adjourn to then convene for a pro forma session only, with no business being conducted, on the following dates and times: Friday, May 27, at 9:30 a.m.; Tuesday, May 31, at 11 a.m.; and Friday, June 3, at 4:30 p.m. I further ask that when the Senate adjourns on Friday, June 3, it next convene at 3 p.m. on Monday, June 6; further, that following the prayer and pledge, the morning hour be deemed expired, the Journal of proceedings be approved to date, the time for the two leaders be reserved for their use later in the day, and morning business be closed; that upon the conclusion of morning business, the Senate proceed to executive session to resume consideration of the Wagner nomination; further, that the cloture motions filed during today's session ripen at 5:30 p.m. The PRESIDING OFFICER.
