It represents a minimal inconvenience to law-abiding citizens, a minimal inconvenience to save lives on the streets. It was a reasonable effort. In my State of Maryland, we have statistics from our law enforcement people showing it has worked, that it has reduced the number of crimes in Baltimore.”
