I know the Senator from Missouri is here, and I am going to make a unanimous consent request that I anticipate he will object to on behalf of other Senators. So let me do that formally and then make my comments. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Senate proceed to executive session to consider the following nomination: Calendar No. 112; that the nomination be confirmed, the motion to reconsider be considered made and laid upon the table, with no intervening action or debate; that no further motions be in order to the nomination; that any related statements be printed in the Record; that the President be immediately notified of the Senate's action and the Senate then resume legislative session. The PRESIDING OFFICER. Is there objection? The Senator from Missouri.
