let me concur in everything Senator Stabenow said in opposition to this amendment. There are many reasons to oppose it, but let me add one additional reason, in that it violates the agreement we reached on the debt ceiling on the budget caps for this year and does it on the backs of our Federal workers. Once again, the Republicans are coming forward with another attack on the Federal workforce. Enough is enough. Every amendment, they are picking on the Federal workforce.
