Well, I think Congressman Cummings is very proud of Baltimore and the people of Baltimore. This is a great city with great people, great neighborhoods, great institutions such as John Hopkins, and the University of Maryland. It is an incredible community and to hear the president of the United States talk that way about our city, it hurts. It hurts a great deal.
