Every person we can get to use mass transit is one less car on the road. It helps all of us. It helps our transportation infrastructure and the wear and tear. It helps our environment. We have bridges that literally must be replaced. In the southern part of my State, the Nice Bridge desperately needs to be replaced. That costs money.…”
