For Senator McConnell, 10 months was inadequate time for the Senate to consider President Obama's choice of Judge Merrick Garland to the Supreme Court of the United States. Yet Senator McConnell had no difficulty in rushing the consideration of Judge Kavanaugh through the Senate in a fraction of that time.…”
