This is a group of an equal number of Democrats and Republicans. Senator Murkowski is leading this on the Republican side of the floor today. I ask unanimous consent that for the next hour, the two of us control 30 minutes of time; that I control 30 minutes and Senator Murkowski will control the other 30 minutes of time.
