before Senator Graham leaves the floor, I wish to concur with Senator Corker's observations. It was several months ago that Senator Graham grabbed me on the floor of the Senate to talk about this being the most important responsibility we have--to have an orderly way to oversight any potential agreement. So I really thank Senator Graham for his attention to this issue. We wouldn't be here today if it weren't for his leadership on this issue, and I thank him for the manner in which he brought this issue forward so that we could find a way to get this done in a constructive manner.
