The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered. The clerk will report the nomination. The legislative clerk read the nomination of Shailen P. Bhatt, of Michigan, to be Administrator of the Federal Highway Administration. There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the nomination. The PRESIDING OFFICER.
