Mr. Chairman of the Veterans' Affairs Committee, is it the desire of the other party to be doing, like, a colloquy--an extensive colloquy--dealing with the Veterans First Act? I am trying to get the lay of the land here on the floor, because the Commerce-Justice act--this is really a parliamentary question to you. The pending business is the Commerce-Justice-Science appropriations bill. We are now debating the Veterans First Act. I am not objecting to that, but could you tell me what the lay of the land is here?
