They are ready to do their jobs, but Congress needs to do our job and pass a bill that is constitutional, legal, and authorized. Ever since Edward Snowden made his allegations, the men and women of our intelligence agencies have been vilified as if they were the enemy. They thought they were doing their jobs protecting us against the enemy.…”
